1) Got some flowers for my assistant, Cindy, since her daughter had another baby boy two weeks ago
2) brought some apples that we picked this weekend in for my co-workers

Kids are remarkable. This blogsite was started to chronicle an after school class I designed with the help of Citizen Schools, where middle school students in Hyde Park, MA did and inspired acts of kindnesses. Since then, the blog comments on other "kindnesses" and reviews another Citizen's class I have created where students learn about journalism by interviewing everyday heroes. I hope you are inspired by what you read to do something good for someone and write about it.
