Brainstorming for our WOW (An Act of Kindness Week at the Rogers)

For the Teachers: 1) be nice and don't liter, 2) concentrate on our classwork and homework, 3) give teachers' treats for students that do all their work, 4) tell kids to listen who are interrupting teachers, 5) tell teachers to give more study skills to students so they can have better grades on tests, 6) give the teachers helpon how to keep the students on the same page, 7) we can all achieve and focus
For the School (Everyone): 1) bake sale to sale tvs, 2) take care of property, 3) treat it with respect, 4) get new desks and chairs for the teachers, 5) plant flowers & go "green", 6) no graffitti on bathroom walls, 7) more materials for teachers, 8) give out books to read, 9) give out goody bags, 10) give money to get better food for students, 11) be respectful, 12) new tv & new light, 13) help teachers get new books and more supplies for the school, 14) all get along and be friends instead of making fun of people because they say never judge a book by a cover
Other Students: 1) help students who need help with their homework, 2) give money to people who need it in the school, 3) be a friend to kids who don't have a lot/any

Some Other Ideas
1) public service message/video - video by the kids with each filling in the blank...."kindness is _____", what I learned from the apprenticeship......most memorable moment...and "kindness is ____ from celebrities RAOK requests"
2) appreciation ceremony...kids put on a ceremony each honoring 1 person at the school...and they MC it (songs, video, awards for recipients, etc.).....other kids in the school also "write" in their votes and someone receives an "award" from the larger group
3) Darius goes West comes to the school...kids introduce him, talk about what he has done, raise awareness, hand out dvd
4) Cradles to Crayons drive
