Helped Elderly Woman Put On Sweater

Coming out of the grocery store I noticed an elderly woman having difficulty putting on her sweater. I approached her and asked if I could help her...she looked at me with this big smile and said it would be a big help. This small act of kindness meant so much to her and it made me feel so good to be able to help.

Today I helped a blind woman cross the street.

I also let someone go ahead of me at the store since she had only two items and I had a whole shopping cart. It made her very happy that she didn't have to wait.

It's fun doing these kind things for others.
