During our first class, the kids tell us a little bit about themselves while getting used to talking in front of the camera.

Kids are remarkable. This blogsite was started to chronicle an after school class I designed with the help of Citizen Schools, where middle school students in Hyde Park, MA did and inspired acts of kindnesses. Since then, the blog comments on other "kindnesses" and reviews another Citizen's class I have created where students learn about journalism by interviewing everyday heroes. I hope you are inspired by what you read to do something good for someone and write about it.
